Voices from the studio

"
I came in knowing nothing about pottery. By the end of my first session I had made a small bowl and completely forgotten about my phone. I have not felt that calm in years.

The studio is beautiful — light, unhurried and welcoming. The teacher noticed straight away that I was holding the needles wrong and fixed it without making me feel embarrassed.

"
I booked as a birthday gift for myself after my children suggested something creative. Best decision. I am now signed up for a third term and my shelf at home is filling up nicely.

Patricia K. Hand-building
"The act of making something with your hands is one of the most quietly radical things a person can do."
CandleCraft Academy

More than a class

CandleCraft Academy focuses on two hands-on learning paths only: pottery tutoring and knitting tutoring. Everything on the program is built around helping students develop practical skill with calm, structured guidance.

Our teachers are experienced practitioners who meet you where you are, whether you are touching clay for the first time or picking up knitting needles as a complete beginner.
